Venture Capitalists Decrease Spending 2008
A Silicon Valley Venture Capitalist Confidence Index paper states that sentiment fell to its lowest point ever for the first quarter of 2008. The index fell from 3.54 to 3.22 (( on a 5 point scale )), meaning venture capitalists have more pessimism now than at any time since the survey was introduced in 2004.
